Weldar is a giant visually-impaired welding torch that serves as the boss for Grunty Industries in Banjo Tooie.
Background[]
Weldar met Banjo & Kazooie in the basement of the repair depot, where he accost Banjo for being a bear, which is against the worker's guidelines. Banjo hesitantly lied that he isn't a bear and Weldar couldn't really tell if he were or not because of his poor sight, though he ultimately decided to attack Banjo and Kazooie anyhow.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Fire: Weldar can spit balls of blue fire.
- Nuts & Bolts: Weldar can release sentient nuts and bolts from his body to attack his enemies.
- Vacuum: He can turn his mouth into a vacuum to swallow his enemies with.

- Emergency Switch: A switch which activates electric currents that run through the floor where Banjo and Weldar fought.

- Can jump his giant metal body several meter in the air.

- Could take six explosions in his body full of flammable gas before it got destroyed.
