Robert Edward Owen Speedwagon is a major supporting character for both Parts 1 and 2 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
Background[]
Robert E. O. Speedwagon is a man who lived in darkness ever since he was born. Growing up on the dangerous Ogre Street, he stole things to live and met all kinds of bad people in his life. It reached the point of him being able to tell a good person apart from a bad person just by their smell. He eventually became the leader of the thieves in Ogre Street, and befriended a Kenpo Master and Tattoo.
During his youth Speedwagon has traveled over the world, seeing exotic animals in Africa, strange Asian plants and Carribean tornadoes.
After he met Jonathan Joestar, Speedwagon joined him and aided him in his quest to defeat Dio Brando.
After Dio's defeat, Speedwagon became an influential businessman when he went to America and started selling oil with his newly funded Speedwagon Foundation.
Before his death, he has aided Joseph Joestar on his quest to defeat he Pillar men.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Morality Radar: Due to his experiences, Speedwagon can identify someone's morality just by smelling them.
Equipment[]
- Saw-Hat: Before replacing it with William Anthonio Zeppeli's top hat, Speedwagon wore a bowler hat with hidden blades in it. These blades are extremely sharp and can cut through skin and bone with ease. He uses the hat as a projectile.
- Sledgehammer: A big ol' hammer. Nothing special about it.

- Direct hits from his hat are capable of piercing through muscles until the blades reach the bones.
- Strong enough to pull himself up a wall when one of his arms was broken.
- Crushed a zombie's head with his hammer.
- Destroyed the Stone Mask.
